Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack incoming shipments
- Organize and stock merchandise efficiently on shelves or storage areas following merchandising standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks using inventory management systems to ensure accuracy
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, packing, and preparing items for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and control procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock counting and placement
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse team members and customers
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers when necessary
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards, shipping & receiving processes, and general maintenance tasks
