What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Manager, HR Tech position at Arrant Tech?
About the Role:
As the Associate Manager, HR Technology Solutions, you will help shape and support the future of HR technology for a global organization. You will join the Global HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team responsible for enabling and supporting enterprise HR platforms — including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, custom applications, analytics solutions, and related technologies — serving employees across 60 countries.
This role will primarily support and help evolve our ServiceNow HRSD platform while also contributing across the broader HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems through technology, thinks across systems rather than within silos, and is excited to continuously learn and grow.
You will partner closely with HR, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, practical, and sustainable technology solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone who can work across multiple platforms rather than a specialist focused on a single platform. We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and problem-solving ability who can develop across multiple technologies and help evolve our HR technology ecosystem over time.
