Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing robust cloud security measures to protect company assets. Daily responsibilities include securing cloud applications, overseeing network and information security protocols, conducting vulnerability assessments, and monitoring system performance. The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and resolve potential threats preemptively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Application Security and experience implementing robust security measures for cloud applications
• Proficiency in Network Security and advanced understanding of infrastructure security standards
• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity and Security Engineering, including threat prevention and risk mitigation
• Expertise in Information Security principles and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
