We are seeking a dependable, organized, and student-centered Instructional Support team member to assist with academic programs, monitor student progress, coordinate assessments, and provide classroom coverage as needed.

What Makes This Role Special:
As an Instructional Support team member at Arqam’s Academy, you will help ensure the smooth operation of academic programs and contribute to a positive, productive learning environment. From overseeing IXL usage and coordinating quarterly assessments to supporting elementary classrooms and providing substitute coverage when needed, you will play an important role in supporting students, teachers, and school-wide academic goals.

Your Impact:

• Oversee IXL implementation and monitor student participation, usage, and progress.
• Coordinate and administer quarterly assessments, ensuring testing schedules, materials, and procedures are organized and completed efficiently.
• Collect, organize, and maintain student performance data to help monitor academic progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with academic program coordination and maintain accurate records related to student achievement and assessment results.
• Provide classroom coverage as a substitute when needed to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Assist with student learning activities in assigned elementary classrooms, reinforcing academic concepts and helping students remain engaged.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to support academic initiatives and maintain an organized learning environment.
• Support the effective use of educational technology and digital learning platforms.
• Help promote a respectful, structured, and supportive environment that encourages student responsibility and academic growth.
• Uphold Arqam’s Academy’s Islamic values and contribute to a positive school community through professional and respectful interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a school, educational support, or academic administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with IXL and other educational technology platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to organize data, maintain accurate records, and monitor student progress.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to assist in elementary classrooms and provide substitute coverage as needed.
• Ability to work effectively with students and support their diverse academic needs.
