What You'll Do
- Manage plant-level general ledger activities and month-end close responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Perform manufacturing cost analysis, including labor and overhead accounting
- Analyze production costs, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support inventory accounting, including assembly builds and inventory reconciliations
- Organize and monitor cycle count activities to improve inventory accuracy
- Manage excess and obsolete inventory reserve analysis
- Perform milk accounting activities and related reconciliations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes
- Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
