- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or peak occupancy times.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in custodial care, including industrial cleaning techniques and floor care.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices, including custodial procedures and standards.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and floor care techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
