We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist position to be filled at one of our Arow Pharmacy locations in Centralia, Olympia and Shelton, WAEssential duties include but are not limited to:Create a positive pharmacy image through exceptional service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, co-workers and outside vendorsEnsure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal lawsFulfill customers' prescription and OTC needs keeping Pt.'s safety as a top priorityMaintain a professional image through personal appearance, conduct and attitude and the physical condition of the pharmacy.Monitor and handle stock replenishment, inventory levels, policies/procedures, record keeping, security, sanitation, proper operation of all equipment, pricing, planograms, returns, and product recalls in a timely fashion per company policyMaintain proper records, inventory and security on all scheduled drugs (i.e., controlled substances-narcotics)Establish/maintain all record keeping practices necessary for legal compliance, company policies, accounting policies and other requested reportsMaintain a clean, neat work area, including work counters, shelves, floors and the customer counter to present a professional, sanitary, organized image to customersMaintain all equipment (e.g., computers, printers, accuracy scanners and cash registers) to ensure it remains in working conditionMaintain proper signage/posters in all areas necessaryMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationAdminister vaccines, Long Acting Injectables and testing, when neededCompany DescriptionWe are a locally owned, community-focused, independent Health Mart Pharmacies located in Shelton, Olympia and Centralia WA. Salary : $135,000 - $157,000
