Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing desserts and pastries according to recipes
• Measuring ingredients accurately and maintaining consistency
• Reading and following recipes precisely
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Providing friendly customer service
• Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions
• Restocking ingredients and supplies
• Keeping workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Washing dishes
• Sweeping, mopping, and assisting with daily cleaning duties
• Working efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
• Helping wherever needed to support the team

Position Details

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Baker (previous baking experience is preferred).

• 20-30 hours per week
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time baker position based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

Pay is depending on experience.

Business Hours

Monday: Closed

Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00AM – 8:00PM

Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Applicants should have availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of baking experience preferred
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and stocking
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to commute to Waco, TX 76701
• Work location: In person
