About ATC Rug Washing
ATC is a third-generation rug washing company known for white-glove care and treating every rug like an heirloom. We’re growing and looking for a friendly, organized person to be the welcoming voice our customers hear throughout their cleaning experience.
About the Role
This is not a reactive, phone-answering job. As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll own the customer relationship from the moment we pick up a rug through delivery and follow-up—keeping customers informed, making sure every client feels cared for, and capturing the happy moments that fuel our reputation.
Responsibilities
• Call customers after inspection to share updates and next steps
• Make proactive update calls on jobs that take longer than usual
• Follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction and catch issues early
• Confirm scheduled pickups and appointments to reduce no-shows
• Request Google reviews and gather testimonials and before/after photos
• Offer fiber protection and other in-house services at natural moments
• Respond to comments and messages on our social media pages
• Log all calls and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel—we’ll train you)
Qualifications
• Warm, confident phone presence; genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable learning software/CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus)
• Self-directed and reliable
Schedule & Compensation
• ~20 hours/week, daytime, flexible
• $20 - $22 per hour performance bonus on add-on sales
