We are currently hiring for a part-time commercial cleaning position at a professional office building in the York, PA area. This role offers consistent evening work in a quiet, after-hours environment as part of a small team maintaining a professional workspace.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

✅ Available to work evenings, Tues. & Thurs., after normal business hours

- This position takes place primarily in the evenings once facilities are no longer in use.
What You’ll Be Doing

Job Duties Include:
- Performing basic janitorial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and common areas
- Following our established cleaning systems (paid, on-the-job training provided)
- Working as part of a team of 4 to maintain the building
- Maintaining consistent quality, professionalism, and attention to detail
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 lbs (trash bags, supplies, equipment)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to climb and clean stairways as part of routine duties
- Ability to work efficiently in an after-hours, independent setting
- Ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts and arrive on time
- Must have a smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of running required company apps for timekeeping and communication
- Comfortable using a mobile app for clock-in/out and basic communication
No prior cleaning experience required — we value good character, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
