We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Warehouse Associate to join our team part-time and help us ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Job Descriptions-
Shopify Order Processing: Export, manage, and print daily shipping labels directly through our Shopify backend.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick the correct skincare products based on order details and carefully pack them to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.
- Shipping & Dispatch: Organize outbound packages and coordinate hand-offs to daily carrier pickups (USPS, UPS, etc.).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station clean, organized, and well-stocked with shipping supplies, and assist with basic inventory counts.
Qualifications-
Shopify Experience (Required): You must be familiar with the Shopify platform, specifically for navigating orders and printing shipping labels.
- Attention to Detail: Cosmetics orders require high accuracy (the right product, the exact variation). You must be meticulous and have a low error rate.
- Efficient & Organized: Able to handle a steady volume of daily orders smoothly and independently.
- Language Skills: Basic English reading skills to accurately read order packing slips, product labels, and shipping details.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to file taxes (W-2/1099).
