Essential Functions
- Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
- Develop strong relationships with care managers
- Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks including task such as:
- Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
- Wound Care
- Catheterizations
- PICC dressing changes and/or flushes
- LPN or RN degree
- Positive attitude with team-player mindset
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged)
- Compassionate personality
- Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
- Able to use multiple types of technology
- Drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
