What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at ARORA ENGINEERS?
Overall Responsibility: The Graphic Designer supports all aspects of Arora’s Marketing Services with a primary focus on producing high-quality visual materials that elevate Arora’s brand across proposals, digital marketing, social media, events, collateral, publications, and corporate communications. This position supports Arora Engineers and all subsidiary companies, delivering consistent, compelling, and on-brand creative content that reinforces Arora’s mission and market position.
Essential Functions:
- Design graphics, layouts, templates, infographics, and visual storytelling elements for proposals, Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), interview presentations, client deliverables and digital marketing initiatives.
- Create visually appealing video and digital assets for social media and digital marketing campaigns working within brand guidelines/standards.
- Create or modify PowerPoint or other format presentations of internal and external usage in support of the technical teams.
- Support new staff onboarding with headshots, business cards, and updates to the company’s SharePoint site.
- Format and enhance technical content into visually appealing, compliant documents.
- Support design needs for conferences and events, including booth materials and on-site branding.
- Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with our brand.
- Collaborate with internal management and marketing team, as well as any external consultants to execute and implement new ideas.
Secondary Functions:
- Various marketing related tasks as assigned by Creative Director, Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- Support for client deliverables/reports and corporate documents.
- Website content management and updates using WordPress.
- Creation and management of graphics, landing pages, and other tasks to support digital content and digital advertising campaigns.

- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat [inclusive of forms] are required. Premiere Pro and After Effects are desired).
- Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
Education/Experience Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or demonstrated equivalency and or/education.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design.
- Experience with SharePoint desired.
- Proficiency in the development of high-quality graphic design and layouts for reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Proficiency in developing graphic workflow standards and templates.
- Demonstrated production and digital design experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Possesses the ability to collaborate as part of a diverse studio team.
