About the Role
Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff to the COO to help drive operational excellence and support the company’s continued growth. This role serves as a key strategic partner to the COO, focused on turning vision into execution by improving operations, communication, and alignment across teams. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the organization’s priorities are executed effectively.
\n- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure follow-through across teams.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO, COO, leadership, employees, and external partners.
- Support HR and recruiting initiatives, enhancing hiring processes and the employee experience.
- Evaluate and optimize workflows, project tracking, and reporting systems to support scalability.
- Partner with the COO to review priorities, track progress, and align on key initiatives.
- Coordinate recruiting pipelines, candidate assessments, and interviews with HR and hiring teams.
- Develop internal communication strategies to promote transparency and engagement.
- Support employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and performance frameworks.
- Prepare executive briefings, internal reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Anticipate operational challenges, identify bottlenecks, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Represent the company in communications with partners, vendors, and clients.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking ability with cross-functional insight.
- Experience in HR or people operations, including recruiting and employee development.
- Proven operational and project management skills.
- High judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a strategic, HR, or operations leadership role (e.g., Chief of Staff, HR Business Partner, Strategy Associate).
- Experience in high-growth or financial services environments preferred.
$130,000 - $160,000 a year
Salary: $130,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience.
