Aroostook Home Health is a non-profit organization offering various home health care services since 1983. The primary responsibility of a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) is to provide rehabilitative and community support services for persons with cognitive impairments and functional limitations focusing primarily upon social, behavioral and functional skills as well as independent living skills.Benefits:Paid Time OffFlexible schedulingEssential Functions:Provide rehabilitative and community support services as outlined in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) to increase skill development and adaptive behaviors.
