Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role approximately 20 hours per week for a Legal Assistant at Aronsohn Weiner Salerno & Kaufman, P.C. located in Hackensack, NJ. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, preparing legal documents, and supporting the legal team. Daily tasks may include organizing files, communicating with clients, conducting legal research, and assisting with case preparation.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of law and legal procedures
- Experience in legal document preparation and administrative assistance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have matrimonial/litigation experience
