On-Course Attendant

Position Summary

Please note this position is not a beverage cart role

The On-Course Attendant is responsible for supporting daily golf operations through stocking and maintenance of on-course food and beverage stations. This role ensures all coolers, beverage stations, and service areas remain fully stocked, clean, and prepared to deliver a high-level member and guest experience throughout the day.

Essential Responsibilities

• Stock and refill on-course coolers, beverage stations, and snack areas throughout shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels of beverages, snacks, paper products, and supplies.
• Organize storage areas and ensure products are rotated and properly maintained.
• Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of utility carts and service stations.
• Monitor inventory shortages and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards of all on-course service areas.
• Support tournament and event operations as needed.
• Follow all Club safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Golf and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, golf operations, or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and event days.
