Well-established, mid-size law firm seeks a motivated Commercial Real Estate Associate with 2 years of meaningful experience to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will handle a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and finance. Core responsibilities include drafting and negotiating: preparing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial), and loan documents; Due diligence management: oversee title and survey reviews, zoning research, and environmental assessment analysis. Transaction coordination: manage all aspects of closings, including preparation of closing statements and checklists; and client advisory: provide proactive legal counsel on property-level issues. Collaborate: work alongside our Corporate, Tax, and Litigation teams to provide comprehensive "full-service" support to business clients.
