Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aldelo POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Buss tables promptly after guests leave, preparing them for the next patrons.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
