Marketplace Logistics & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Logistics & Operations Specialist with a start-up mindset to manage and optimize our Marketplace fulfillment and production coordination processes. This role is responsible for creating and managing marketplace shipments, monitoring inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketplace shipments, including inbound and outbound orders
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking across systems
• Manage and operate within Amazon Seller Central
• Coordinate logistics across all aspects of Amazon fulfillment (FBA/FBM)
• Monitor shipment status and resolve fulfillment or delivery issues
• Support operations on TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms
• Understand product production timelines and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers
• Work closely with warehouse teams on receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and compliance for shipments
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain and operational efficiency
• Preform other duties as directed
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Hands-on experience creating inbound and outbound shipments
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with product production processes and supply chain coordination
• Experience with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Knowledge of marketplace integrations and fulfillment tools
• Background in e-commerce operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management
