At CONFIDENTIAL, our mission is to elevate the luxury lifestyle by offering an intimate and sophisticated wine bar and Omakase experience. With over 50 planned locations in key U.S. cities, we aim to enhance our brand presence and customer loyalty through exclusive venues that transcend our brand’swine portfolio, our signature wine-based cocktails, and curated Omakase seatings by renowned chefs. Our refined settings provide the perfect atmosphere for pre or post-dinner relaxation, featuring a lounge space and a unique 8-seat Omakase bar with daily rotating nigiri selections. Customers can also shop our exclusive brand’s retail items, bringing a piece of our luxury experience into their homes.

Building on our successful online e-commerce business, this venture marks our first foray into experiential shopping. By integrating our confidential brand into the everyday lives of our customers, we seek to build strong connections, drive online sales, and eventually integrate our concept within premier hotels, enriching the hospitality experience.

Hostess $20 hourly

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and treat them with excellent hospitality
• Willingness to learn computerized reservation and table management system
• Initiate and maintain wait lists
• Manage reservations
• Coordinate with waitstaff about available seating
• Guide customers to tables and provide menus
• Answer incoming calls and address customer questions
• Distribute to-go orders
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
• Respond to complaints and help to resolve them.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions.
• A knowledge of the menu.
• Help with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
