Aroma360 is a luxury scenting brand delivering immersive fragrance experiences across high-end homes, retail flagships, and five-star hotels. As we expand our digital footprint, we’re focused on creating seamless, high-performance ecommerce experiences that embody our elevated brand. We’re looking for a Full Stack Shopify Developer to help us drive that vision - someone with strong technical chops, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lead and execute across the stack.
Aroma360 is looking for an experienced Shopify Web Developer to join our growing ecommerce technology team. This role is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Shopify Plus storefronts. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and analytics teams to implement new features, streamline user flows, and drive site-wide improvements in performance and conversion.
This is a hands-on development role ideal for someone fluent in Shopify architecture, modern JavaScript, and integrating complex ecommerce solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development and optimization of Shopify Plus storefronts and custom apps
- Build, test, and deploy responsive templates using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Implement Shopify Functions, Extensions, and Scripts for advanced logic and promotions
- Collaborate with design and CRO teams to roll out features from Figma to production
- Manage integrations with Google Cloud services and third-party marketing platforms
- Support site tagging, analytics (GA4, GTM, Hotjar), and A/B testing setups
- Monitor and improve site performance, usability, and cross-device reliability
- Oversee internal and offshore developers to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Preform other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Shopify Plus development experience
- Strong expertise in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Deep experience with Shopify Functions, Script Editor, and Shopify CLI
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including APIs and cloud services
- Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and modern JS workflows
- Mobile-first and performance-optimized development mindset
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and data teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
- Background in performance monitoring or Core Web Vitals optimization

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
