What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Nurse Injector position at Aroma Spa and Laser Center?
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced certifications required to perform neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures. Additional skills such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and other medical aesthetic services are highly valued. We offer in-house training for select treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, and other aesthetic injections in a safe and effective manner.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records; report results to the Medical Director and company management.
- Assist with client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support retention and referrals.
- Educate clients on appropriate skincare products offered by our spa. (Product knowledge training and retail commission opportunities are available.)
- Help promote services and participate in marketing efforts as needed.
- Uphold sterile technique and strict infection control practices.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong attention to detail in a medical spa environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector.
- Valid LPN or RN license.
- Introduction and Advanced Certification in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers.
- Proven aesthetic injection experience (before/after photos, professional references, client reviews, etc.).
- Proficiency in sterile processing and infection control standards.
- Strong understanding of client care and aesthetic treatment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional, fast-paced Med Spa setting.
- Ability to support marketing efforts and promote personal services.
