A Cannabis Advisor is a knowledgeable and customer-oriented professional who provides expertise and guidance on cannabis products to clients. They are responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions about cannabis strains, dosages, consumption methods, and other related products. Cannabis Advisors stay up-to-date with cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. They may also participate in inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.

· Educate customers on various cannabis strains, dosages, consumption methods, and other related products.

· Provide guidance on the safe and responsible use of cannabis, including potential risks and benefits.

· Stay informed about cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

· Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and desired effects.

· Handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and maintain accurate cash registers.

· Maintain inventory levels and participate in inventory management, including restocking and labeling products.

· Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Provide exceptional after-sales support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling returns or exchanges.

· Continuously improve knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and customer preferences through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require higher education or relevant certifications).

· In-depth knowledge of cannabis strains, dosages, consumption methods, and other related products.

· Familiarity with local and state cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends.

· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide professional and friendly assistance to a diverse range of customers.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and engage with customers.

· Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Adherence to strict confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to cannabis.
