The Opportunity
We are looking for a Video Editor to join our crew, bring fresh creative energy, and help us elevate our video production game. This role starts as a part-time position with a clear roadmap for growth. We want someone who can hit the ground running, learn our agency’s rhythm, and seamlessly transition into a full-time role after a 90-day review period. - Storytelling: Collaborate with creative directors to ensure the narrative, pacing, and tone align with client briefs.
- On-the-Move Production: Assist with on-site production needs. You aren't just locked in an editing bay; we need you where the action is too.
- Post-Production Workflow: Manage file organization, color correction, sound design/mixing, and final exporting to client specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional or freelance video editing experience (agency background is a plus).
- Location: Must currently reside in the Greater Nashville area and be available for local shoots and in-person team meetings.
- Travel: Willing and able to travel for regional or national shoot days as required.
- Software: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Portfolio: A strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing your editing style, pacing, and storytelling ability.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- Motion Graphics: Experience with Adobe After Effects (kinetic typography, basic animations, visual effects).
- Next-Gen Tech: Familiarity or hands-on knowledge of AI video editing tools and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Aerial Footage: A valid FAA Part 107 Drone License to help us capture stunning aerial cinematics.
What We Offer

- A clear, performance-based pathway to a full-time salary role with benefits.
- A highly collaborative, creative, and energetic team culture.
- Access to top-tier gear, software, and creative freedom.
