Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Architect and deliver custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (mandatory)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Define platform architecture, governance standards, and best practices
- Design integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Provide technical leadership to development teams (code reviews, design validation)
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications built on ServiceNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Drive continuous improvement, platform optimization, and upgrade strategies
- 10 years of IT experience with 4 years in ServiceNow architecture roles
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine (MANDATORY)
- Proven experience in building custom apps, workflows, and automation using App Engine
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – any)
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, third-party systems)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and platform architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
