Job Summary
We are seeking a Communications & Digital Content Lead to drive communication strategy and digital content for an enterprise SDLC transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will develop engaging internal communications, manage SharePoint/intranet content, create executive messaging, and oversee a centralized communications hub to support organizational change and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies, editorial calendars, and content plans for SDLC initiatives.
- Create newsletters, executive communications, leadership updates, FAQs, training content, and change management materials.
- Manage SharePoint/intranet sites and digital communication hubs, including governance and content lifecycle.
- Produce audience-specific content explaining process changes and business impact.
- Develop communication toolkits, launch campaigns, and post-go-live support materials.
- Coordinate multimedia content, including executive videos, scripts, and presentations.
- Track communication effectiveness using analytics, surveys, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, editorial, and governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or digital content management.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Experience translating technical concepts into business-friendly content.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms, or digital communication portals.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, or similar design tools.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, approvals, and content deadlines.
- Experience supporting SDLC, digital transformation, cybersecurity, or technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Stream, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Experience creating multimedia content, including executive videos.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive communications.
- Experience using analytics to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
