What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Wireless Network Engineer position at Aroghia Group, LLC?
Current CWNA Certification (CWSP, CWDP, or CCNP Wireless preferred).
8 years of progressive wireless network engineering experience in large-scale, global enterprise environments.
Expert knowledge of Cisco wireless technologies (AireOS/IOS-XE, Catalyst Center, Prime Infrastructure) and advanced hands-on experience with Cisco ISE for enterprise Radius, AAA and policy management.
Demonstrated expertise with client experience monitoring tools such as NetAlly, or similar platforms, including deployment, configuration, and analytics for wireless client health and performance.
Advanced proficiency with Ekahau software for predictive and active WiFi design, including ECSE certification.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and managing RMA/TAC cases with Cisco.
Proven experience leading wireless infrastructure projects from concept through deployment and optimization.
Strong understanding of access layer switching, DNS, DHCP, authentication, and network security best practices.
Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to conduct site surveys and walking surveys as needed (up to 5 hours/day).
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
