Demand for our services is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an Appointment Setter to help drive the front end of our sales process.
You'll work directly with warm leads and inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in learning more about MeetGabbi.
This is not a cold-calling role. These are law firm owners and decision-makers who have raised their hand and want to learn more. Your job is to build rapport, qualify opportunities, and get prospects excited about attending a demo.
You'll also work alongside AI-powered tools that automate repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building relationships and creating opportunities.
- Call and follow up with warm and inbound leads
- Qualify law firm owners and decision-makers
- Schedule and confirm product demonstrations
- Reduce no-show rates through effective follow-up
- Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve outreach and conversion strategies
