Certification Details BLS ARDMS State License Verification Job Details Performing echocardiograms on pediatric patients in the outpatient setting located in the Heart Institute. Inpatients are also performed as ordered during the day. Hours are Monday through Friday 7 : 30-4 : 00, with NICU call rotation. Unit is staffed with 6 adult sonographers who also perform inpatient and outpatient studies. Prefer at least 2 years experience. Current traveler ends beginning of May, looking for a start date beginning of May. Job Requirements BLS (AHA only) - required for onboarding License / Certificate Verification - completed within 30 days prior to start ARDMS certification - required for onboarding State License Verification - completed within 30 days prior to start Arnot Skills Checklist - must be fully complete and updated annually Arnot Core Competency Exam - must score 80% or higher COVID-19 Vaccine - upload proof or agency declination MMR - positive IgG titer or 2 vaccine series required Fit Test - must be completed prior to start Hepatitis B - positive IgG titer, 3 vaccine series, or declination form required Influenza Vaccine - required or declination form TB Test - must have one of the following forms of TB testing Driver's License / State ID - must be current and not expired Varicella - positive IgG titer or 2 vaccine series required Tdap - preferred, not required Schedule Information Monday through Friday 7 : 30-4 : 00 NICU call rotation Unit Specific Information Unit specializes in pediatric echocardiograms.
