Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient behavioral health setting
- Assist with patient intake, screenings, and vital signs
- Administer medications and support medication management under provider supervision
- Document patient care and collaborate in care planning
- Support crisis intervention and patient education
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current NYS LPN license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Behavioral health experience preferred, but not required
