Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program
- Current NYS professional license as an NP/PA and DEA license
- Board Certification
- Attain/Maintain board certification; Other certifications may also be required, including, but not limited to: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
- Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients
