Job Overview
Arnot Grand Hotel & Suites is looking for dependable and hardworking team members to join our housekeeping department. We currently have openings for two Hotel Housekeepers and one Laundry Attendant.
Hotel Housekeeper – 2 Openings
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and mop
- Restock towels, toiletries, and guest room supplies
- Ensure assigned rooms are properly cleaned and ready for arriving guests
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
- Maintain and restock housekeeping carts and supplies
- Assist with common-area cleaning as needed
- Communicate room status and guest requests with the housekeeping team and front desk
Laundry Attendant – 1 Opening
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
- Sort linens and properly operate laundry equipment
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens for housekeeping
- Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and stocked
- Identify and report damaged or stained linens
- Assist with transporting and organizing linens throughout the hotel
- Assist the housekeeping department with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical duties throughout the shift
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
