Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on AD and CVD investigations and administrative reviews
- Manage high-profile AD/CVD proceedings from initiation through final determination
- Develop and implement strategies based on agency precedent and practice
- Oversee information collection, questionnaire responses, and data presentation
- Prepare clients for and support on-site government verifications and audits
- Serve as a subject-matter resource on AD/CVD procedures and compliance issues
- A minimum of 8 years of antidumping and countervailing duty case experience
- In-depth knowledge of administrative procedures, agency practice, and precedent
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-profile investigations
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
