We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely shipment of products to our customers.

Essential Job Functions

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving, processing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise to customers

• Load and unload truckloads of merchandise

• Verify orders to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard environment

• Uphold quality standards established by warehouse management

• Maintain inventory controls by:

  • Collecting stock location orders

  • Printing pick requests

  • Recording materials received and distributed using computer systems

• Assist with physical inventory counts

• Prepare parcels for mailing and shipment

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to safely use hand, air, and power tools for equipment setup

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to safely operate a forklift

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center

• At least 6 months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment
