Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient processing and shipment of orders to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, audit, and ship customer orders
- Load and unload truckloads of merchandise
- Verify orders to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard
- Prepare and secure parts for transport
- Maintain inventory controls (stock tracking, data entry, and reporting)
- Assist with physical inventory counts (weekly and annually)
- Prepare parcels for shipping
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the Parts Manager with various tasks
- Perform data entry and general office duties
- Maintain a clean workspace and company vehicle
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift as needed
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Willingness to assist in setting up new farm equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- 6 months operating material handling equipment
