Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Land Surveyor based in Bowling Green, KY. The Professional Land Surveyor will perform tasks that include conducting topographic surveys, performing land and building surveys, and operating total stations and other surveying equipment. The role involves preparing and reviewing survey documents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and coordinating with project teams to execute accurate and efficient surveys.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Building Surveying
- Proficiency in handling surveying equipment such as Total Stations
- Strong understanding of Surveying methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate survey results
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a closely related field preferred
- Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools is a plus
