Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Gladwin Michigan for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will develop personalized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, supervise behavior (BCaBA) Overseeing technicians, and evaluate client progress. Additionally, the BCBA will provide training and coaching to families and staff, ensuring consistency in the application of treatment plans. Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Foundational knowledge of Psychology for effective behavioral strategies
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays is highly preferred
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required
