In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships, driving solutions oriented sales, and expanding our market presence through effective communication and people skills? Your expertise in negotiation, sales, and customer service will be essential in delivering exceptional experiences to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your multilingual skills, manage company acquired leads, and contribute to our company’s growth by closing deals that meet both client needs and organizational goals.

Duties

  • Engage in outside sales activities through company generated leads.
  • Having some background in hands on repairing of trade type work, ie...carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC sales or installation.
  • Conduct effective negotiations to close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales operating system that has been industry proven to provide a 5 star experience for the customer with a maximum benefit you and the company.
  • Learn to present product features and benefits confidently to consumers in their home for necessary updates, repairs and additions to their home plumbing, sewer and drain systems.
  • Write out detailed observation and options sheets describing maximum to minimum options so customers can make pressure free decisions based on what they want, need or desire.
  • Support Marketing department by offering club memberships to each lead, as well as leaving yard signs, stickers, and other material.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, asking for reviews and offering financing options to each and every client as a service of affordability.

Experience

  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales goals
  • Must posses strong self awareness, communication skills, and pick up on social cues without thinking.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively.
  • Previous dealership or automotive sales experience is a plus, along with retail sales or outbound sales background.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and retail math proficiency for inventory management and organizational tasks.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
