The Big Task
You will diagnose, repair, and improve residential plumbing systems, while leading customers to confident, informed buying decisions through professionalism, education, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and professional company vehicle at all times

- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Greet customers professionally and identify needs through active listening and thorough inspection
- Clearly explain findings, options, and solutions in a way customers understand and trust
- Memorize and apply the features, advantages, and benefits of all company products and services to consistently present the right solution for each situation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain or obtain required certifications (company assistance available)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems; handle all payments with integrity and professionalism
- Maintain excellent phone and follow-up etiquette when communicating with customers
Experience & Professional Traits That Lead to Success
- 3–4 years of residential service plumbing experience (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
