We are seeking experienced CDL-A Contractors with their own tractor to partner with and grow with Arnoff. We have strong roots and a superior work ethic, and we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, operating safely, and handling household or commercial goods with care. Responsibilities
Operate your tractor and Arnoff trailers safely and efficiently.
Transport household goods, office furniture, equipment, and other customer property.
Assist with loading, unloading, and securing shipments when necessary.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate paperwork, ELD logs, and delivery documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations staff, and customers.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Represent the company professionally at customer locations.
Qualifications
Valid CDL-A License with a clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Moving and storage, furniture delivery, or household goods experience preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items safely.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to pass required background and motor vehicle record checks.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements.
