Lead Business Analyst – DC Location
- Scope of work
- Work with the Product Owner, Business, Other integrating applications to define and articulate requirements in Documents, Epics, Features, Stories.
- Help Product Owner in refining the requirements and prioritizing the backlogged user stories
- Prepare presentations for both technical and non-technical audience.
- Help Product Owner in the Pre-PI Planning Process and during the PI Planning
- Perform testing and analyze logs and other relevant metrics for more insights into relevancy and user behavior
- Assist in Integration Testing and UAT.
- Conduct JAD sessions to brainstorm.
- Participate in SCRUM meetings and playing /played role of scrum master.
- Coordination with onsite and offshore team
- Perform timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue
- Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy
- SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with relevant experience.
- 10 years of Experience in Business Analysis with knowledge in Banking Domain with ability to write precise user stories.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
- Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources and is a bridge between the business stakeholders and technical team.
- Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications
- Good Analytical Skills, Critical thinking, data analysis, research & communication
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions
- Ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
