MIS / Administrative Executive (MS Office – Excel & PowerPoint)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative / MIS Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. The candidate will be responsible for data management, report generation, and creating impactful presentations to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel
- Analyze data and generate insights through dashboards and charts
- Develop professional presentations in PowerPoint for internal and client use
- Handle large datasets, perform data validation, and ensure accuracy
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, charts)
- Collaborate with different teams for data collection and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and presentations
- Ensure data confidentiality and timely delivery of reports
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design, formatting, storytelling)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Excel Macros / VBA
- Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
