Essential Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with day-to-day account management and customer support activities
- Process purchase orders and related customer documentation accurately and efficiently
- Assist with customer reporting, order tracking, forecasting updates, and account maintenance
- Coordinate internally with departments including Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Packaging, and Logistics to support customer needs and timelines
- Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on outstanding items to help ensure timely execution
- Maintain organized account records, project timelines, specifications, and customer communications
- Participate in customer calls, meetings, and internal discussions to gain exposure to account management responsibilities
- Assist with preparing quotes, presentations, spreadsheets, and customer-facing documentation
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on customer presentations, sales materials, trade show assets, and related support materials
- Provide administrative and operational support to improve overall efficiency within the sales department
- Learn customer accounts, manufacturing processes, and internal systems with the goal of taking on increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, project coordination, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience in manufacturing, dietary supplements, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries is a plus
