Senior Java Developer
Introduction
The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for overseeing the coding, testing, and debugging of programs based on system requirements. They will lead the development of flowcharts, prepare instructions for production runs, and coordinate research and analysis for project proposals and modifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee coding, testing, and debugging of programs
- Develop and prepare flowcharts and diagrams
- Prepare instructions for production runs
- Lead research and analysis for project proposals
- Analyze computer applications and evaluate database schemas
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Coordinate programming projects and staff
- Develop standards and procedures for programming staff
- Implement specialized programs to enhance systems software
- Recommend and implement changes for system performance improvement
- Create and maintain backup and restore processes for business continuity
- Coordinate, assign, and track work of others
