THIS IS A TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS POSITION
DUTY LOCATION: G4, Windsor Locks, CT
AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION:
Area 1: All currently employed full-time permanent and indefinite personnel of the Connecticut Army National Guard.
Area 2: All currently employed full-time temporary technician personnel and all current traditional members of the Connecticut Army National Guard.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume and any other supporting documentation you wish to provide must clearly substantiate that you currently possess 36 months of specialized experience in the following:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENT: All applications will be considered regardless of Branch/AOC/FA/MOS. Incumbent will be required to be assigned to compatible military position within 1 year of selection. The selected individual may be required to attend formal technician school training.
MILITARY GRADE (Prior to Application): Warrant Officer: WO1 through CW2; Enlisted: E-5 through E-9
UNIT OF ASSIGNMENT: Any unit within the state
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a security clearance (secret) which the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment.

Qualifications:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume and any other supporting documentation you wish to provide must clearly substantiate that you currently possess 36 months of specialized experience in the following:
- Experience, education, or training supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions.
- Experience demonstrating knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system.
- Experience coordinating with other organizations on complex and controversial supply issues.
- Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulations to upper levels of management regarding supply functions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships.
- Knowledge of specialized methods and techniques to analyze and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and operations.
- Ability to analyze and resolve difficult issues and problems in supply processes, work methods, supply data management and supply operations.
- Ability to develop and implement procedures/practices to cover multiple supply objective.
- Knowledge of a variety of technical supply operations.
