Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Sexton~ without more than normal supervision. Maintaining an orderly and clean facility, following general instructions, cleaning and disinfecting a variety of surfaces, operating sound and light equipment, preparing facilities for events, answering general inquiries, and trash removal. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

- PHYSICAL EFFORT: Employee uses moderately heavy physical effort in moving and arranging equipment and using power-cleaning equipment. Occasionally moves objects weighing up to 35 pounds unassisted. Some projects may require incumbent to climb ladders or scaffolds in the performance of duties.
- WORK CONDITIONS: Works indoors most of the time, and occasionally outdoors. Exposed to conditions inherent in cleaning tasks, such as irritation from cleaning agents or electrical shock from power cleaning.
