Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment, such as elevators, plumbing, and electrical systems
Conducting daily inspections of the facility to identify and address any issues or concerns
Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned
Provide exceptional customer service, including:
Responding promptly to patient requests and concerns
Maintaining a clean and organized facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our patients and staff
Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Maintain accurate records and reports, including:
Tracking and documenting maintenance activities and repairs
Reporting any issues or concerns to the maintenance supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
