The Role:You will be installing or helping a seasoned lead installer on commercial HVAC change-out jobs by assisting in some heavy lifting at times, changes of equipment, duct-work change-outs and other related tasks. Position:HVAC Residential Installer/HelperQualifications: A job for which military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.MUST have excellent customer service skills.Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor.Basic computer skills.Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience.Follow routine verbal and written instructions. Excellent communication skills, good work history, dependability, integrity and honesty are required. Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly.Basic hand tools.Must be able to complete work in a professional manner. A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.The goal of each service call is to leave the home in better condition than you found it. The ability to treat your time in our client's home as an invited guest.
