Outside Sales Representative

Join Our Team at Armstrong McCall Beauty!

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and love connecting with people? Armstrong McCall Beauty, a leading wholesale distributor of professional hair care products, is looking for an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be traveling throughout the Amarillo area, building relationships with salon professionals, growing an established base of clients, and helping our customers stay on top of the latest in high-end hair care.

Travel to assigned territories on Wednesdays to build client relationships, generate sales, and grow business. Work in-store the remaining weekdays assisting customers and supporting daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Visit salons and stylists in your assigned territory
• Support and grow existing accounts while seeking out new opportunities
• Share product knowledge and help clients choose the best solutions for their needs
• Be a trusted partner and resource in the beauty community

• A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone who enjoys being on the road and meeting new people
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is a plus, especially in the beauty industry

Commission based salary for Wednesday route.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred
• Excellent consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A car in good working order
• A valid drivers license and current car insurance
• Ability to safely lift a maximum of 20 lb's
• Sales for out of town route on Wednesday’s.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
